Gingerbread Candied Almonds
Just like the cones of cinnamon almonds sold at the German Christmas Markets but homemade! These Gingerbread Candied Almonds use a Lebkuchen spice blend (with cinnamon, cloves, allspice, coriander, cardamom, ginger, anise, and nutmeg) but you can use 100% cinnamon for a classic version.
They are delicious little nibbles for a snack, dessert, or cheese board. Enjoy!
