I know. I now need and love a big salad either Thanksgiving, from Silver Palate originally but now we wing it: spinach salad w/pomegranate, avocado, Champagnr vinaigrette. Mmm!

Hooray! Mexican Wedding cake cookies are good. What GF blend do you and John like using?
We use Bob’s Redmill GF flour. My stomach seems to handle it the best.
