Thank you, Amy! This will be my first holiday not stressing about food and beverages. My lovely husband baked GF Mexican Wedding cakes yesterday. I had two, on a plate at the dining room table. I truly enjoyed them and then went about my business. No guilt or shame or worry about what I just ate. Cheers to a lovely holiday to you and yours!

We use Bob’s Redmill GF flour. My stomach seems to handle it the best.

Love your Thanksgiving photos and recipe inspiration ! I'm making more colorful side dishes and salads this Thanksgiving. After viewing to many beige meals it's refreshing to lighten the carbs & focus on autumn produce. My Menu:

I know. I now need and love a big salad either Thanksgiving, from Silver Palate originally but now we wing it: spinach salad w/pomegranate, avocado, Champagnr vinaigrette. Mmm!
