I feel bad saying that but seriously, a cabbage leaf is not a substitute for pastry. If you must avoid, eat an apple. 😆 and I’m still keeping the book because some of it is lovely. thanks for the comment!

I agree some of it is lovely and it’s nice for the historical perspective of how society thought in the 2000s.
